Hugh Wood has been in the food and catering industry since 1999. He began at Ponchatoula’s in Ruston as a cook. His specialty meat market opened in August of 2016.
Lyle McCoy graduated from culinary school and is our in-house chef and partner. He has been professionally cooking for over 20 years. He has worked at Olive Street Bistro, Cambria, and World Arena in Colorado Springs to name a few.
